1) What we collect
When you enter a Campaign we may collect your name, email address, phone number (optional),
and your assigned ticket number.
2) Donations
Donations/authorisations are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
3) Why we use data
We use your details to administer Campaign entries, provide support, prevent fraud/abuse,
and keep an audit trail of entries.
4) Sharing
We may share entry information with the relevant Campaign organiser/charity solely for Campaign administration,
and with service providers (e.g., Stripe) as required to operate the platform.
5) Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for Campaign administration, compliance, and dispute handling.
6) Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable.
