Some campaigns include a multiple-choice question before you proceed. When enabled, you will be required to answer the question correctly before continuing.

You will be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout where a temporary hold is placed on your card. This is an authorisation only – no money is taken at this point. There is a free postal route option at this step.

Once the hold is confirmed, you are redirected back to Get My Number and assigned a unique ticket number for your chosen charity.

You confirm your donation for an amount equal to your ticket number to support the charity. We capture only this amount from the original card hold.

Any difference between the original hold and your ticket amount is released by your bank. It may take a few days to release depending on your bank.
